The Plan
Raise $500,000 to provide a three-year jump start in church-planting leadership for up to five targeted population centers.
- Carefully-planted churches grow about ten times faster than established churches. Many former members are reclaimed by new church plants rather than return to the church they left.
- Mother churches involved in planting new congregations become healthier themselves.
- Church planting provides a well-spring of new tithe for the conference.
Good news
- The plan to raise $500,000 to provide a three-year jump start in church-planting leadership in targeted population centers has been achieved!
- Spokane Central Church planted a congregation — West Plains Community Adventist Church in Airway Heights. Attendance nears forty per week.
- Two plants assisted by Streams of Light are The Reach in Richland and Summit Northwest Ministries in Newman Lake
- West Plains, Rathdrum and Plummer (recent church plants) now have been organized as companies.
- Special thanks to everyone who help make church planting happen in Upper Columbia Conference.
Why does it matter?
Jesus waits at the doorstep. Adventists need to keep advancing God's message. The "end-time" is our time to be aggressive!
