The Streams of Light campaign developed from the inspiration of lay church leaders at the 2004 constituency session for the Upper Columbia Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Thus the Streams of Light Campaign was born, now led by a committee of campaign leaders from around the Conference.
