The Streams of Light campaign developed from the inspiration of lay church leaders at the 2004 constituencey session for the Upper Columbia Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Four key ideas, now part of the Streams of Light vision, were the driving force that developed the campaign goals. Thus the Streams of Light Campaign was born, now led by a committee of campaign leaders from around the Conference.
