The campaign is an umbrella program involving four projects;
- KEEP Scholarships - $4,000,000
- Camp MiVoden - $1,000,000
- KidsBibleinfo.com - $500,000
- Church Planting - $500,000
The Streams of Light campaign grew out of the results of a face-to-face survey of 115 church lay leaders. The results indicated that the conference needs a new level of commitment and impact in our work, especially for our young people. It needs a level of effectiveness that will help shine the gospel like "streams of light" to a dark world.
"I'm excited about this project," says Terry Mace, campaign chairman, "because these four key initiatives will enrich and empower all of us in this conference to be more effective disciples for Christ."
"The Streams of Light campaign marks a new era for the conference," says Patsy Wagner, Upper Columbia Conference Development director. "An era in which the gospel will effectively reach our children, and every member, with cutting-edge programs and resources that will be a blessing for decades."
